Sweet Carrot Juice

Hi Friends!

I want to share this awesome juice I’ve been making with my Breville juicer! I got it as Christmas present 2 years ago and kind of forgot about it until now. It’s been so hot so a nice cup of ice cold juice can be a super refreshing snack midday! Plus Eve just got her wisdom tooth taken out so this is going to be the best remedy for her since she won’t be able to eat solid food for a while. I add in extra ice to keep it super cold for her to numb her mouth!

I had these ingredients in my fridge and played around with the flavor until I found the perfect mix. Can’t really go wrong with carrots, celery, apple, and lime! I call it sweet carrot juice because it’s mostly carrot, 8 to be exact, but I promise, it’s not just the bland yucky carrot taste! The sweetness comes from the apples, which gives the whole juice a crisp, yummy taste! Seriously the tastiest carrot juice ever! I also love adding lots of cayenne peppers because spicy is my jam!!

You can make 2 cups of juice with this recipe! One for you and one for a friend or keep it to yourself and save for later! You can also cut the recipe in half to make 1 serving for yourself right MEOW!
