You can throw in a scoop to your fave smoothie recipe or protein shake. But here is the recipe I used today and probably everyday because it’s not only yummy and filling, but more importantly, NUTRITIOUS AF! 😜
1 scoop Ūnico Essentials Healthy & Happy Kit‘s Greater Greens
1 frozen banana (slice bananas before freezing!)
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups almond milk
1 dollop Greek yogurt
Toppings: coconut shavings, chia seeds, almond slices, more banana slices, more oatmeal!
Toss oatmeal in blender and give it a quick whirl to cut them up before adding liquids
Add frozen banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt, then BLEND!
Pour into your fave glass and add whatever toppings you’d like!
